Felicity Pryke is a political changemaker who is passionate about empowering people by engaging them in politics.

Felicity brings a rare combination of joyful positivity and gravitas to her speaking. This reflects her own balance of optimism about the potential of human endeavour, and acute awareness of the current difficulties in the UK and across the world.
Her talks are designed to inspire people to play an active role in political discourse. She has a rare talent of explaining complicated concepts in simple terms, without being patronising. She talks about why political engagement is vital for the safety and prosperity of individuals, businesses and communities, and her talks can be adapted for a range of different audiences.

Felicity understands why both individuals and businesses don’t want to put their head above the parapet into the increasingly divisive world of political discourse. The online space is particularly toxic, and while “going viral” can be brilliant for reaching new people, it is often accompanied by draining and offensive trolling.
Felicity’s view is that now is not the time to turn away from the conversation. When people’s very existence becomes a “debate”, political neutrality no longer exists. Silence is acquiescence. The quiet majority who reject the scapegoating and finger-pointing of negative politics can no longer afford to stay quiet. It’s costing businesses money, and costing individuals freedom.
Felicity isn’t just here to present problems – indeed she believes one of the problems in politics is the lack of solutions! She also shares the ways that she engages in political and social debate, and the tools she uses to keep calm, curious and positive. She talks about the unique position that businesses are in, and how their various methods of communication – marketing, sales, delivery – across their networks, makes them essential in the quest to change the tone of conversation. Her talks place power back in the hands of the people, making it clear that media should fairly convey what people think and feel, rather than influencing them.

Having performed as a singer, dancer and actress from a very young age, Felicity Pryke is no stranger to the stage. Her first performance was as a “little girl” in Gigi, and as a teenager she would take singing roles in musicals such as Oliver! and Chicago. As an amateur dancer, she was privileged to appear at such prestigious venues as the London Palladium and Queen Elizabeth Hall on London’s South Bank.
While she did not pursue a career in performing arts, her naturally effervescent personality and ease of speaking in front of an audience saw her invited to host the ‘band vs fans’ quiz at rock band Marillion’s biennal weekend in front of 3000 fans.
Now working with international speaking coach Dani Wallace, Felicity has refined her speaking and presenting techniques to bring amazing talks that display her passion for politics.
